CHINESE CASSEROLE
Diced onion
1 cup celery
Combine with 2 tbsp. butter or more & cook until tender.
1 can mushroom soup added to above.
1 cup or 1 can of canned chicken
1 pkg. cashew nuts
1½ cans Chinese noodles
1/2 - 3/4 soup can of water
Place in casserole dish and sprinkle remaining 1/2 can of noodles on top. Bake 30 min. at 325°F oven.
